I have enjoyed over 25 years of US and global HR leadership experience in senior and executive roles in world class companies like DHL, Panalpina, and Standard Chartered Bank.
In all my roles, I have built a strong track record of leading team success by providing HR strategies and solutions to drive business success through people. I have trained, coached and mentored several individuals and leaders within and outside these organizations in the US and across various countries and it's been immensely rewarding to see them achieve tremendous growth and success.
Having worked closely with the CEO and the Management team and with employees across all levels, I bring a strong business perspective and deliver tangible and practical people solutions for business success. As an Executive Coach, I blend my executive experience with my certifications to provide 1:1 customized, confidential and collaborative development and workshops to help executives and individuals maximize performance, potential and success.
